How about a gluten-free pie and tart with a flaky buttery crust!  I'll be teaching a pie and tart baking class at our kitchen on Sunday, Oct. 18 at 5pm.Get ready to roll up your sleeves, handle a rolling pin and bake the best gluten-free pie & tart.I will teach you how to get that flaky crust we all crave!
